Cancellations

Cancellation of bookings incurs the following cancellation fees :

a) If cancelled 72 hours or less prior to arrival - cancellation fee equivalent to one (1) nights stay
b) Failure to utilise reservation (ie. cancelled on day of arrival or later) - full cancellation fee - ie. no refund applies

We strongly recommend travel insurance which may cover you in the event of travel disruption due to unforeseen circumstances. Please review the terms and conditions of any chosen insurance policy to ensure they suit your individual circumstances.

All quotations are subject to availability of services quoted and are not guaranteed until the booking is confirmed and deposit received.
